These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tranquilrosewellness.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Tranquil Rose Wellness Studios LLC ("Tranquil Rose," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company located in Medina, Ohio. "You" means any visitor to the Site, any client who books a service, and any person who enters our studio.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or book a service.
Health & Wellness Disclaimer
Our services are relaxation and wellness services, not medical care.
Massage therapy, stretch and mobility work, yoga, reiki, and reflexology as offered at Tranquil Rose are intended to support relaxation, comfort, and general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed physician, physical therapist, chiropractor, or mental health professional. Nothing on this Site — including service descriptions, blog content, or copy about physiological benefits — is medical advice, and no practitioner-client relationship of a medical nature is created by your use of this Site.
Memberships & Packages
Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly through Vagaro until you cancel.
By purchasing a membership you authorize us to charge your payment method on file automatically each month on your billing date, at the rate in effect when you enrolled, until you cancel.
Studio Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse, end, or decline to rebook any service, at any time, for any lawful reason.
Tranquil Rose is a sanctuary, and we protect that for every client and practitioner in the building. We will end a session and charge in full, and may permanently decline future bookings, where a client:
Intellectual Property
Everything on this Site belongs to Tranquil Rose Wellness Studios LLC or our licensors.
This includes the Tranquil Rose name, logo, and rose mark, all photography and video, service names and descriptions, written copy, page design, and layout. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages of this Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
Client photography and testimonials. We will never photograph you or use your likeness without your separate written consent. If you submit a review, testimonial, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to republish that content on our Site and marketing channels, with attribution as you provided it. Tell us at any time if you want it removed and we will do so.
Third-Party Services & Links
Our booking, payment, and membership management run on Vagaro, a third-party platform we do not control.
When you book an appointment, purchase a membership, or check out, you are transacting through Vagaro's systems, and Vagaro's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to that transaction alongside ours. Payment card information is processed by Vagaro and its payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
This Site may also link to other websites — practitioner profiles, partner studios, community organizations, or resources. We provide those links for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any site we link to.
